Deadline to avoid a 10% penalty fee is 4:30 PM on the 10th of the month.

Your bill will reflect an additional 10% fee if paid after 4:30 PM on the 10th.

Services will be disconnected on the 18th if payment is not received by 4:30 PM on the 17th of the month.

The fee for reconnecting service for non-payment is $20. Please call the office if your services are disconnected.
